FROM ACACIA TREES TO MANUFACTURING

Acacia trees are grown in the African regions. These trees grow in a very harsh climate. The gum flows naturally, from the bark of the tree forming a thick liquid. When the liquid substance is exposed to the atmosphere, it dries and forms a tear shaped solid material.
The collections of gum is done only during dry seasons. On average, a tree yields 250 grams of gum per year. Just after the harvest, the gum goes through a cleaning process to remove all the impurities. The cleaned and sorted gum is traded according to the requirements of various countries. Raw Materials are imported and stored in our factory located at Cairo, Egypt & Rawang, Malaysia.
These raw materials are carefully checked and selected then processed using our modern types of equipment and packaged accordingly. The unique composition of Arabic Gum leads it to be used widely in both the food and non- food industries.
